This Sugar originates from Mauritius in Africa, known for its quality.
It naturally contains a small amount of molasses, which gives it a light brown colour and caramel flavour. Our unrefined natural sugar has been very carefully produced to lock in, rather than refine out, the natural molasses of the sugar cane.
